Dr. Ankita Mathur specializes in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. She had an impressive academic upbringing, growing up in Virginia and graduating magna cum laude with dual degrees in Biology and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She then pursued her medical degree at the prestigious University of Virginia School of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Mathur completed her surgical internship at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke, Virginia. Her residency in Anesthesiology was completed at Maimonides Medical Center in New York, and she further specialized with a Pain Management Fellowship from the world-renowned NYU Langone. With this extensive training, Dr. Mathur brings unique expertise in diagnosing and treating various pain conditions enabling her patients to lead a productive, pain-free life. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and has working knowledge of Bengali and Punjabi.
